He has previously and the position of chief engineer pre-sales customer support as well as product manager. He has previously held the position of director of product management as well as vice president, of product management at the Zoho corporation. Had also founded his own company which was named Freshdesk in October 2010. He had renamed his company FreshWork. It provides smart customer engagement software which is for all types of business. He had decided to create the Saas products meaning software as a service. Freshworks becomes the first Indian company to list on the Nasdaq stock exchange. That is the US stock Market. The headquarters of the company is located in San Mateo, California, United States.
