Ketan Tirodkar is a Mumbai-based journalist who was produced at the CBI court, Mirzapur in Ahmedabad on 6 July 2012. Special CBI Court on a Friday has remanded Ketan Tirodkar to the CBI custody till the 12th of July.

The ongoing investigation in Cordelia had cruised the drug case former NCB joint director Sameer Wankhede has not submitted a return complaint to the Amboli police station for taking action against the RTI activist Ketan Tirodkar. The complaint states that the allegations which have been leveled by Ketan Tirodkar are baseless. Tirodkar also gave an interview on a Marathi news channel in which he had committed an ongoing Court case.
Sameer Wankhede has also given a letter to the police by stating that are video uploaded by Ketan Tirodkar on the Cordelia cruise case is defamatory. Sameer has also claimed that Ketan published a false dormitory interview on the Marathi news channel and other media. Confirming receipt of the letter, an officer of Amboli Police Station sad that the matter would be invested on the basis of the letter.

Ketan Seth in the interview that Sameer had arrested a person with drugs who was let off. Sameer has also claimed in the letter that he was being defamed video uploaded on YouTube without verification of facts on a sub judice matter and that he was declared distributed by it. Sameer’s complaint as demanded that a defamation case be registered against Ketan under sections 499 and 500 of the Indian panel code.
Drug on Cruise Case and Aryan Khan Arrest
Then the NCB director Sameer Wankhede arrested Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in a raid on the Cordelia cruise after which Sameer was accused of demanding a bribe in the case.
A team from Delhi had come to Mumbai to investigate the matter while investigating had given its report against Sameer. On the basis of the same, the CBI registered an FIR which is against Sameer whose investigation is on. The matter is still in the court as Sameer has complained to the police regarding the comments that are made on it.
