These firearms were then auctioned or raffled off at over 1,200 fundraising banquets annually. Under Busse’s influence, the distribution of Kimber guns expanded significantly. When he first joined the company, only a handful of major gun dealers carried Kimber firearms, but a decade later, this number had soared to over 2,000.
