Life and Career

He has been on the Comedy Circus full-time from the year 1996. He draws material from the observation of the daily current events and what goes on in the room during a show. He first said foot on the stage at the age of 18 with her dare for his dorm mates. In the year 2004, made his first Just for Laughs Gala appearance. In the year 2004 performed at the Edinburgh Festival in Scotland.

In the year 2006, he was the host of the Just for Laughs comedy festivals in Montreal on a Gala which was hosted by Steve Martin. Following his performance he said, “If I knew he was going to be THAT good, I would have canceled him”. With growing success as a host of the debaters on CBC radio, The Debaters started airing on CBC television in the fall of 2011.

He was also nominated for the Gemini award for his JFL performance at the Steve Martin Gala and hosted the industry Gala in the year 2011. Is success continued in October when he was awarded the best male stand-up at the Canadian Comedy Awards which is an industry event he he also hosted. With publishing rights to his debut novel, The Book of Letters I Didn’t Know Where to Send, sold to Goose Lane Edition in the year 2015. Published the book in the year 2016.
