A Tampa Man who had spent 37 years in prison for a crime he did not commit says these are not angry about the time he lost behind the bar.

Duboise was arrested in 1983 for the murder of Barbara Grams who is 19 years old and was killed behind the dental office in Tampa.

A jury has convicted Duboise of first-degree murder and attempted sexual battery the judge has sentenced him to death

They used DNA evidence which was unavailable at the trial to prove it was not possible for Duboise to have committed the murder.

e does maintenance work at a local Country Club, odd jobs for friends as well as work on his house in Tampa.
